Government Contractors& Agencies When supporting a government agency, whether it be on the local, state, or federal level, deliverables are determined based on the requirements of the contract that you are supporting and whether you are staying within budget. First, your RFP response has to address the requirements of the contract. You have to demonstrate your ability to perform provisions of the RFP. Upon award, you have to adhere to all regulations, inclusive of adherence to laws and wage determinations. In addition, you have to report on accountabilities. In many instances, you are held to a different set of standards. The requirements of government contractors have changed and have become more savvy.
