Government Contractors& Agencies

When supporting a government agency, whether it be on the
local, state, or federal level, deliverables are determined based
on the requirements of the contract that you are supporting
and whether you are staying within budget.

First, your RFP response has to address the requirements of
the contract. You have to demonstrate your ability to perform
provisions of the RFP. Upon award, you have to adhere to all
regulations, inclusive of adherence to laws and wage
determinations. In addition, you have to report on
accountabilities. In many instances, you are held to a different
set of standards.

The requirements of government contractors have changed
and have become more savvy. Government agencies have
adopted new practices to ensure that you can meet their
needs. Contract terms have changed; permitting the
opportunity upon review, to make a determination that you
continue to do business with them.
