Whether a service environment and/or the hospitality business, the
level of service is what differentiates you in your industry.

Service industries rely upon your front line people to make customers
want to come back to your establishment and continue doing business
with you.

The hospitality industry, as well, relies upon the employees at all
levels to make things happen;cleanliness of rooms, fulfilling guest
service expectations, and understanding and implementing the "brand"
standards. You want guests to want to return to your hotel.

In addition, you too, are held accountable to having a legally
compliant HR infrastructure. You want to have a culture that promotes
the fulfillment of your goals. Your training initiatives have to support
employees understanding of service and performance expectations.
